How Our Guarantee Works

  • Duration: Our guarantee lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Eligibility: This guarantee applies to all products purchased from E-Volt Cycle. To qualify, products must be unused, un-opened, & in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Coverage: We cover defective products, damaged items, wrong shipments, & even a change of mind! Please note that items that have been opened & used are not covered.

Please Note: If a product arrives and the package is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged package and contact our support team at support@evoltcycle.com straight away so we can begin an insurance claim for you. Do NOT open the product further unless told to do so by our support team as this may void insurance.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@evoltcycle.com.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Processing Time
Claims will usually begin being processed within 5 business days. Once we have received your email regarding your claim, we will give you the necessary information to get the product shipped back to the products corresponding warehouse. Once the product arrives at the warehouse our team will inspect the product, and if the return meets the correct criteria, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Shipping & Costs
E-Volt Cycle covers shipping for defective or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind.

Please Note: Products that have been returned to the warehouse and do not meet the above criteria for eligibility (eg. a change of mind where the product has been opened & used), the product will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to them.

Order Cancellations
Please note: All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
